This is an Instagram Clothing boutique which I would advise everybody against!!! don't waste your hard earned money supporting them!!! they're comlete *******.

Firstly, the owner, PATIENCE BALADZI, has no people s****s, customer etiquette, and social media business s****s. if you don't chase and follow up with her, you will never know what is happening with your parcel.

once you make payment to her and try to trace your parcel, she takes her sweet time to respond to messages and does not return calls.

I have a parcel that I have been waiting for for close to 2 weeks. I've had to chase her, message her on both watsapp and Instagram, I still have not received feedback.

my parcel seems to have been lost by the courier company and I've demanded my full refund multiple times, she still continues to ignore me.

she is by far the worst to ever do it! i wouldn't recommend her to anybody
