A Business Who Takes Your Money But Fails To Deliver

I see that from the previous reviews I am not alone and share the same sentiments and experience. I regret even viewing the clothes. If you reading dont make the same mistake I did. Its actually an Instagram boutique and present themselves well with a website and everything. Unfortunately, thats where the professionalism ends. She has been rude throughout, lacks communication and accountability. It got so bad I had to demand for my money back because I only received 1 out of the 2 items. She definitely asked me to contact Payfast(an online payment system) for my refund. Honestly, this online store is a joke and seems like I will be forced to seek legal counsel - not only for me but for her to stop taking advantage of people who genuinely support small businesses.
