<div>Engaged to do renovations to a flat. Standard of work was so-so, I had to do some finishing touches which were left undone. Engaged to do renovations on a house, paid the deposit and have had evasions and excuses ever since (3 weeks). I suspect that the deposit has been spent, my emails and whats app messages are not responded to. Doesn't answer his phone. </div>
