Poor service and poor quality

I bought a wig and within one week it was falling of ,went back and reported the matter they didn’t assist me they wanted me to pay extra money for a wig they didn’t manufacture well,when I already paid an arm and a leg for it the ladies that assist me weee very rude ,one of them named Pamela from the hair trader was extremely irritated by my query, never shopping there again.
