Poor customer service

To whom it may concern Good day On Monday 06/05/2019 I went to The Hair Trader in Florida to buy their Hair that was advertised on their Instagram page that it was on special 2 for R3500.. when I got there They told me that the Hair I wanted was out of stock.. Okay I said can I pay for it so that when it comes they can phone me they said they will phone me on Thursday because they will be receiving stock of it.. Thursday came no one phoned me Then I phoned on Friday 10/05/2019 the phone was ringing one way then finally someone answered when they answered I spoke to someone asking if I can send someone to pick my hair up because I was working while I was on the phone with them they were speaking with someone else I had to drop the call, I sent them a message on their Instagram page no one responded so when that person I sent to pick my hair got The he was told to come back after 40 minutes .. when he came back he was given wrong hair.. I had to go there personally on Saturday 11/05/2019 during my working hours using my petrol and time after going up and down still my hair was not right, was told to come back today... okay when I call to check if my hair is ready they said yes it’s ready only to go there and it’s not ready I park on the side of the road because they told me it’s ready I just need to pick up they don’t even offer parking... went there when I came out I had a ticket issued to me for parking on the side of the road honestly I don’t think I have been treated fairly as a customer to be going up and down like this and now I have a R500 parking ticket I need them to pay it because when I’m even trying to get hold of the manager she’s not answering her phone and when I posted on their Instagram page they removed my comment please help...
