We as humans are quick to log a complaint, discredit a business or create a negative post when something goes wrong. What we don't do enough of is give credit where credit is due. Monique is not only one of the most friendliest hairdressers that I have ever been too, she listens to your request, her knowledge about hair and products is phenomenal. She brings new meaning to the phrase "Wow look at me now" when she is done with your hair. She is also one of the first that I have come across that when you give her the indication of the amount to cut she does not double that. Thank you for your service which at times could be a thankless job but you take so much pride in what you do.
