Poor customer service

My first time at The hair shop went really well. I got an appointment late in the evening and had lovely service. I bleached my hair as I wanted to be a light blonde. The colour was right and I enjoyed the friendly service. This cost me R1000. I then booked my second appointment with the same hairdresser from my previous appointment. This time things were a disaster. When I arrived she was busy with two other ladies hair. She app**** the bleach and put me under the dryer for 30min she then said it was not the right colour yet. She then put me under the dryer again. By this time my scalp was itiching incesively. I start to complain. A good 45min in my boyfriend then said I should come out from under the dryer as my head was burning incesively. Not much attention was paid to this. I then went to the wash basin were I sat for what felt like forever before I was assisted. My forehead was red and had a rash from the bleach being in for so long under the dryer to which the hairdresser put a cream on it. When waiting for my hair to be washed the assistant was folding towels and chatting to other clients to which the hairdresser had to call her twice to attend to me. To which I got a clumsy hair wash which included water running over my eyes as the lady was not paying attention. I then had to sit with toner which was app**** which stung just as much. Eventually I made my way to have my hair dried were I was burnt with the dryer as it was held in one spot for too long. On pulling away each time it went unnoticed. I feel this poor service was due to the fact that my hairdresser was over booked and took on more than she could handle. As well as untrained assistants in not knowing what to prioritise and being under trained or understaffed. I then paid R900 for this service of bleaching my roots as to the R1000 previously for a full head which I feel is incorrectly priced for what service was provided. Needless to say I left in tears.
