********* Billing & Terrible Customer Service – Beware!
🚨 ********* Billing & Terrible Customer Service – Beware! I am deeply disappointed with the ********* service and complete lack of customer focus at The Gym at Old Mutual (Pinelands).My contract legally ended, yet their billing team went ahead and unauthorizedly charged me a full month's subscription of R1,200. To make matters worse, the Sales Manager completely went back on his word regarding my cancellation and final payments.When I reached out to rectify this financial error and explicitly requested my invoices, the team went completely silent and refused to respond to my emails.This gym, their backend administration is incredibly shady. Once they have your banking details, they do not care about contract terms, verbal agreements, or consumer rights. If you value transparent billing and helpful customer support, stay far away from this place. They are absolutely not customer-focused.
