Jojo tank installation disaster

I first got Dave to come clean and fix my gutters which went well. 5months later i got Dave back to install my Jojo tanks which was a disaster from start to finish. The water outlets weren’t sealed properly so lost 1000liters of rain harvest TWICE. The gutter that went into the tank was first cut too short and not glued so the wind would blow it out of alignment. Dave never once took responsibility for his poor workmanship - he blamed it on the wind or claimed this had never happened before despite trying a few different types of sealant which in my mind speaks to lack of experience. It took me weeks to get him to come and complete the job properly and I still have a leaking downpipe that feeds my water tank, so I’m still not capturing all the water runoff. He simply hasn’t responded to my messages about coming back to fix this. I’m sure Dave has many other happy clients and perhaps this was just an unlucky one for him (and me) but it’s quite hard to pin him down and based on his inability to reply to emails and messages alone, needless to say I wouldn’t recommend The Gutter Guys.
