Lack of functionality on Gumtree south africa

Wow it never seems to stop Gumtree I've sold items or put sale items up to sell But what a frustrating process, There's no simple way to contact support, you get led through never never land just to try and find someone to talk to email I recently wanted to advertise an item for sale useing gum tree. On my cell , everything went swimmingly until description and bam nothing ..can't fill the section out, this is not the first time this has happened..their app aswell very dysfunctional and useless , always freezing etc .. Am so fed up with south africa and dismal customer service
