We booked at The Guesthouse 97 Hendrik Van Eck Blvd Vanderbijlpark 1911, over the Easter weekend. We paid for 4x nights, but only stayed for 2x nights due to the unacceptable behaviour from day visitors the owner had over and constricted everyone else time at the guesthouse. The owner refuses to refund me for the 2x nights and said I should speak to bookings.com, which I did and sent my proof of payment. They were not very helpful as the owner rep**** and is refusing to refund me after my initial booking was changed to 2x nights and told me to contact the owner. The owner is ************* and has committed theft.
