Guardian fund complain

Good day sir/madam i would like to lodge a complaint .i came around the month of October to submit my application for guardian fund the didn't take my application they said i due to apply month end November which i did the supervisor told me that it will take two weeks as i explained to her that this is the money i need to cover Christmas clothes and uniforms .today i called the offices to query about my application they told me that i will get the money on February as i was trying to explained to them they laughed at me and they were so mean and rude to me and this thing happens most Of the time even when we go to submit they do the same thing and this is so sad cos they deal with people who lost their father and spouse they should be careful how they treat people cos some people are very sensitive.as my daughter tried to commit suicide because of this situation and it happens every year to her .i hope this email finds you well hope to hear from you soon.
