Guardian fund

Why is it so that the guardian fund makes no attempt to communicate with the guardians of the minor children who’s money is being held by them,it’s financially draining to raise a child as a single parent,my husband passed away in 2023 and he made our minor daughter the sole beneficiary,I’m not even sure of how to go about claiming the interest incurred thus far. Countless emails have been sent with no response from the Guardian fund. My daughter is only 13 now ,she has a while to go before she can claim these funds. Why should money that is supposed to help the child being held hostage.
