Delayed Guardian Fund pay out

Around June 2022 I went to Master of the high court in Pretoria to claim my inheritance money from the Guardian's fund office. They told me to return back home because I had outstanding documents which were the unabridged certificate and the GEPF letter that I had, had missing funds so I was told to return back to GEPF and ask for a correct letter. Then on the 23rd of December 2022 I returned back with everything that was required of me and they confirmed that all the documents that I had with me were correct then they made me sign to seal the application. Months passed and nothing was happening no money and no communication from them. Then around August 2023 I decided to write them an email to enquire about my application then they called me asking why I waited for such a long time because I should have long gotten my money then they promised to call me again the following week. Weeks passed and I never received any call from them, then I decided to write them an email again which they rep**** to and told me that they are still waiting for the GEPF letter from GEPF office. And I went to the GEPF office in Johannesburg to ask for that letter then went to deliver it to them. when I got there, they told me that they have received the letter from GEPF by email, but it has outstanding fees of the same amount that they told me about in 2022 so they have emailed the GEPF office to send them the other letter and they rejected the one I came with because apparently this is between the 2 offices. This happened on the 14th of December 2023. This year February I called the GEPF head office that they kept on telling me about and explained to them what has been happening, they told me that they do not have an email address in the meantime but they told me that in my case they have done everything that was required of them and they do not know anything about the letter that I was telling them about because they had sent that letter to GUARDIAN FUND OFFICE. Then they called the Guardian fund office to ask them about what I told them, then the Guardian fund office told them that I submitted outstanding document, they said my documents were short of my mother's death certificate, my guardian's ID and my ID which I did submit. Again, I wrote them an email asking about the documents they said are outstanding, but they never rep**** to my email. Last week I emailed them doing a follow up then again, they told me about the GEPF letter that they have been waiting for since last year.
