Poor people skills

After several nasty experiences with the owner of the coffee shop on 26 Nov I decided to leave a Google review to compliment the staff and food but complain that the owner is rude. The owner or someone with the name Angelique decide to to send me a nasty message on Facebook to tell me I'm lying and need to remove my comment. This place has potential but the owner needs to work on her people skills.
