unsatisfactory service to refunds as i sent the unit 3 weeks ago and not responding.

Ordered the unit for my vehicle and thought it would be a huge improvement to the wireless android functionality for my car. i soon discovered that the Groovedash unit to be flimsy and poor quality and requested a refund on the 15th March 2024. and to date the 16th April 2024 have received no communication. They do advertise a 7 day return policy and refund options as long as you pay for the courier fees etc, which i returned to them via Courier guy. To date they still have not started the refund process nor gotten contact with me.I have lost R2300.

So, for those planning purchases at "The Grove Box" i strongly suggest buy from a reputable as they is no mobile number "****" no unit backup service and only "abot" "Alex *** " answers.
