Useless Pet Groomers

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A -10 I would. They claim to be experts in pet grooming but know absolutely nothing about grooming pets. The owner, Cindy, claims to have won multiple dog shows and knows everything about dogs, however she keeps on *****ing up my Belgium Shepard Coat. A Belgium Shepard is a long haired dog, how on earth can you shave it all off!!! Especially during winter!!!!
