unprofessional appearance
Regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction with your website's unprofessional appearance and lack of user-friendliness. As a result, I am now compelled to seek alternative sources for bread flour in George.
In addition, I encountered difficulties logging into the website last week, and when I finally succeeded, the online payment gateway malfunctioned despite my attempts with three different bank cards.
Consequently, I have decided to discontinue my business with The Grocery Express and request the closure of my C.O.D account. Unfortunately, your establishment no longer meets my requirements for a convenient shopping experience.

08 Apr 2024, 12:00Please check your invoices and credits with them. The amount that whent off my card wasn't the same as the invoice. Not it's wasn't items out of stock. I requested I refund off R1228.00 and they refunded me R1178. I told them as they could see in the attachment this is the wrong amount. Then they transfer the rest. And so I did found out that they have 3 amounts. What I paid and what they refunded and what's on the invoice didn't match at all. I strongly think they cooking there books because way 3 set's of amounts. Please people open your eyes when it comes to the Grocery express. There's bidfoods and capefoods where you can buy all you restaurant's needs from.
