Bad service ever.

The service im getting at Spar Vryheid is so distatesful,i went to buy on the 30/09/2023 and also to do cash back however the till showed an error and i then used a different bank card, when i got home i realises that the money in the first account(capitec) also went through.i then went to spar to get my money and they told me about processes that needed to be followed and asked for my bank statement of which i sent,i have been sent from Pillar to post being told to go to the bank etc,today i decided to speak to capitec and they told me that the money is with spar and that they needed to give me a letter for the bank to reverse or they should reverse themself,i gave this message to the person who has been politely trying to help me and she came back to say her admin says there is no letter that she will issue i must go to the bank etc,im really annoyed now its been 5 days trying to get my money and im not getting any joy please ensure that this issue is sorted out asap, the spar im reffering to is in corner utrecht and east street.
