VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE

My Fianc? and myself decided to go out for a romantic supper on Monday 15.06.2015 evening and decided to go to The Grill House in Krugersdorp. We have been there a few times and rather enjoyed it. On Monday however, it was a nightmare. There were things on the menu that they just didn't have in....The waitress started off amazing but then it was as if she lost interest and disappeared. My Fianc? had to get up 3 times just to ask for stuff that was not brought to the table...... I wanted the 200g Rump steak, which they did not have, so I went for the 300g... I wanted mine, medium rare and my partner medium... both steaks came to us just about well done and tasting like cardboard... I couldn't eat mine but my partner was so hungry by the time we got our food that he ate them both... we called the manager, who just apologised and said we could have a coffee on the house.... By that time we just wanted to get out of there as our evening was totally ruined.. So R400 down the drain. It is the last time we will ever go there. REALLY NOT IMPRESSED!!!
