GREAT SERVICE FROM GREENWAY SOLAR

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with another Solar provider who had no clue how to install a system nor any customer service ethic. Despite several attempts to resolve this other company failed miserably. Details are on my Google Review of that company.

Nonetheless, I searched for help on the Power Forum and was referred to The Greenway Solar team as the experts. I made contact with Richard and to my surprise he offered to review my system to give guidance. It wasn't about cost or that they didn't install the system. They were willing to help. Now thats great service. It gets even better. They actually fixed the mess the previous company made. To take it to the next level, they now manage my system remotely and actually check to see if it is working properly at all times.

I would highly recommend Richard and his team at The Greenway Solar as the experts. They have the customer service ethic so lacking in companies today.
