My stove plates stopped working. I logged a call from Monday I am still not assisted. Everyday I must buy takeaways which is so costly and no one seems to c are. I logged a call with balwin and they said they cant assist me I should take it upon the owner of the Unit, I then spoke to my agent IGROW but still NO RESPONSE!!! I NEED HELP
