Shocking accommodation in Plett.

Was advertised as above avarage accommodation. When i arrived it was horrible. Place was wide open with nobody around. When somebody eventually showed up and showed me to my room i was shocked. Wanted my money back as it wasnt what i booked for , they refused. Its a shame that a place like this is allowed to trick people in booking accomodation in a lovely popular place like Plettenbergbay. This shouldnt be allowed and platforms giving places like this the ability to advertise should scrutenise their client a whole lot better. Booking.com.
