Terrible Management / customer s****s

Hi everyone ? I don't usually do this but I feel that ppl need to be aware when going to The Green Glenvista you as a paying customer will receive shocking service ??♀️ Our table was singing celebrating a birthday and a friend of ours was messing around doing a speech and the manager Robin told him to shut up and sit down not in a nice way because there was a 21st on the other side... If this is the case they should book the venue out completely not to disturb functions and is this the way for a manager to talk to customers? When I was a waitress if I dared do that I would have been fired on the spot ? when we told her she is rude and needs to go for manager s****s training we were told we can get the bill and Leave with pleasure... She has no ppl s****s whatsoever and when we complained to another guy who seemed to be working there we were laughed at, shows you how they deal with complaints? I commented on their page and they go delete the comments too so just goes to show. There are a lot of other nice places in the south to go to where customers do not get treated this way and that place will not be seeing me any time soon and I'm definitely not recommending it to anyone ?
