Unprofessional Service and Missing order items

My wife purchased one of the hampers and when the order finally arrived, it was not what was ordered, some of the items were missing, and there doesn't seem to be any attempt to refund for the missing items, even after they've been alerted to such. Initial purchase experience was good but the 2nd order has left a very bad taste and warranted this review. It's unfair not to receive what you've ordered, when you trust that the company has your best interest at heart.
