Incredibly awful, uncaring service

No care for customer whatsoever. 1st order had item missing and when reported to them, they simply said that they would include it in my next order. Made a 2nd order. Meant to be delivered on a Tuesday but nothing. Sent many What's App messages with no reply. Finally found alternate number and contacted them. They had 'dumped' my order on someone's doorstep some 60 kilometers from my address. They promised to resupply new items the following Friday. Guess what? I had to contact them again at the end of the day asking where my delivery was. They gave an excuse that their driver's vehicle had some trouble and all other drivers were busy, and that they would deliver the next day, a Saturday, which happens to be tomorrow. I am not holding my breath, and in what state will my perishable groceries be in. Too pathetic. A really 'no care attitude'.
