Disgusting service and loss of items

This is my second purchase with the green butler, my 1st experience was very awesome. I received my 2nd order last night and i was so unhappy with it. i ordered the all-in-combo box, they did not include my 2x lean mince, 4 pc 600gx1 and blueberries 125g-box items X4. Everything is raw , their avocados are still hard. The packaging is as if they didn't care, everything was scattered all over the boxes. They have lost me as a customer that wanted to stay with them. They were late to deliver my package, how embarrassing while you have visitors.
