Terrible Service

Waiting over 1 year for my Inseta certificate after more than 15 follow up emails. Due to this i have lost out on many opportunities. I now get told to check in after every one month for a date. If they did their work I should have had my certificate with 3-6 months of completion not more than a year and counting.
