Shocking non service!! Been reaching out for more than a week to them

Shocking non service!! Been reaching out for more than a week to them. Every time I phone I get put through to voicemail and told to leave a message. On the ONE occasion I reached an actual person at the front desk extension I was told to email them as I quote " We work from home". I explained to her that I have emailed them yet the information I am receiving IS NOT what I am asking. That I was in email contact with someone who clearly does not understand what I am asking for with regards to course material and fees as I get sent everything BUT what I ask for. She told me to wait .The line went through to another answering machine. When I phoned back immediately after this the front desk line also went to answering machine. What will it be like studying with them if getting basic information is so difficult?
