Horrible when it comes to issuing certificates

I would give them 0 stars if I could! Horrible company & the worst staff to deal with when it comes to issuing certificates. They are terribly rude and unprofessional when you ask for your certificate! I finished in 2022 I am still waiting for my certificate! Cathrine said they are verifying in 2024 & it will only take 1 month, almost 2 years later I have not received my certificate!!! She sent an email to Amelia to send it(My certificate) to me ( After I sent yet another follow up email!) and I have been ghosted yet again by Amelia this time! Let’s see after how long will she go MIA for before I have to send another follow up!
