Complaint

Good day , I just received a terrible experience from this institution regarding the verification of my fais credits with inseta , Initially I was informed that my portfolio has been forward to inseta so they can verify the credits ,I then called inseta only to find out that nothing has been forwarded to them , I then took it to my self to find out from the institution on what's going & what is the way forward ,they are ignoring my emails , I have been sending numerous emails to them & also informing them that its an urgent matter because my employer is requesting for those Credits verified by inseta because it is part of compliance & Regulatory requirements with the FSCA

By the End of June my employer will be terminating my contract because I did not produce the regulatory requirements for employment & its all thanks to GIFTS for lack of communication & not prioritizing our concerns
