**** Issue!

As the company receptionist, I was prayed upon through The Government Directory of South Africa by posing as my Managing Director to get myself to assist in completing an application form for a service we were not interested in, with this information they some how obtained and made it seem it was my actual Managing Director asking me to assist them with the completion of an application form. The information I mentioned to them would come from a different department as I would not have known the information and thus many times over the phone I did mention I'd pass the information off to the relevant person/department, even though I did continuously receive many calls from them.

I still get at least 3 to 4 calls a day from them to the point where it had started becoming harassment. Our Finance Manager told them to stop calling and send ONE email explaining the issue, to which she was very confused about the payment they were asking for herself.

We have been on their website and noticed that when we enquired about links to our online adverti*****t, they could not provide us with one, until we asked again and suddenly a link was up all of a sudden with copy and pasted information directly from our company website with terrible spelling mistakes. We know they quickly added us onto their website after claiming that we were "added" in October already. They stated that they expect payment from us, even though no contract, invoice etc. was agreed upon, only an application form was completed.

We are absolutely disgusted that this is then type of **** they use to lure companies in this way.
