Bad online sales system

I placed an online order which was paid for and confirmed and accepted by them. A pricing error on their website led them to cancel the order and refer me to their Ts and Cs which states they can cancel any order. However I never accepted their Ts and Cs. This company should not do any online sales unless they get a professional team to manage their website.
