Salesmen Not doing their job

<p>In December i was offered a 4 month contract at the Tygervalley range. I joined and paid a card fee which i never recieved even at the end of my 4 months, Whats worse is that in the 5th month i was charged again after my 4 MONTH contract was over. I informed the salesmen after 3 months as i was upset with the poor service with the card etc. He then informed me he will cancel the contract etc... I then escelated this after i was charged and the manager said he will not refund me as i was required to do a cancelation form.. I inforned them and they told me in shop i dont have to and they will sort it out.. I want my money back and my card fee which i never recieved...PLEASE DO NOT JOIN this contract it is a waste of time and poor service</p>
