Poor Return of Payment

After attending a meeting regarding the membership at the Golf Village Driving range at Gilooly's, Bedfordview, I inquired whether they could supply me with a handicap card for golf. I was told that they could organise me a membership with Observatory Golf Course, and I had to pay a once-off fee of R213 followed by monthly fee of R80. I was then told that the handicap card would be ready in 6 weeks. <br> <br> 4 months later i have not received the handicap card, and it seems they did not submit my forms, even though they had taken my R213. I then asked for a refund, only for them to tell me that I should just put my money towards their membership (why would I do this with such an unprofessional institution).<br> <br> After numerous calls insisting I want my money back, they agreed to reverse my payment. But alas, 3 weeks have gone and I have not received anything back. <br> <br> I cannot believe a \professional"company like this manages to survive"
