Momentum Golf Village Exorbitant Cancellation Fees

I called in today to Momentum Golf Village to cancel my membership. I knew I had to pay 50% of my remainder that I owe on the contract. But add to the a cancellation fee of over R300. Personification of greed.

Please explain to me how do you come up with an exorbitant cancellation fee like that? It is ****************! If this is the kind of business being conducted by the golf village for years then I regret ever joining them.
