Membership cancelled in 2017 but still harassed in 2019

I am truly disappointed in the golf village somerset west. I lost employment in October 2017 and proceeded to cancel my membership on the 18 October 2017 as I could not afford the monthly premium. I sent an email to this regard and my debit order was cancelled. A year later, on the 22 September 2018 I received a call and an email from a Monique who said she was from the legal department. She told me I owed in excess R5000 and I advised her that I had cancelled this memebrship. She requested I send the proof of cancellation to her on email and I did on ***. After this I heard no feedback from her. Today I get another email from a Siyanela on *** advising me that this account is over R11 000 in arrears. I have resent the proof of origional cancellation to him as well as proof I sent it to Monique. Could Momentum please stop harrassing me. I have not used that golf membership since September 2017 and I did cancel this membership. I also do not appreciate the legal threats on email from Siyanela.
