You really are ******

So these people called me to tell me about their service and told me i should to try it out and see if i like it, and if i do i must call them or they will call me for feedback then they will then activate it for me. Ever since that they i never spoke to them but to my surprise they have debited my money and when i call to ask why, they can't give me a proper explanation.... Okay so i now ask them to send my money back they tell me i should wait till month end, like really when it took them 6 seconds to take my money i know should wait for 504 hours to get my own money
