Shockingly Poor Service

Goods ordered and paid on 24th November for Christmas present. Today 21 December (nearly 4 weeks later) goods still not shipped. 3 x e-mails sent to listed contact address *** not answered. Very disappointing - need to make an alternative plan for Christmas present
