Have I lost my money?

I placed an order on The Go Green Stores website. I received a response stating that the order had been received and requesting EFT payment. The amount was paid and the proof of payment was sent to them. There has been no change to the status of my order. They do not respond to emails. When you phone, you get the voicemail but no one returns your call. I suspect the company is no longer operational even though they are taking on-line orders and payments.
