New Radio installation for Toyota C-HR

Took my car for service on the 08/11/ 2019,the radio came back not functioning, l reported the matter, they told me that they have ordered a new radio from Durban. The radio was supposed to be installed after two weeks. Up until now l am still waiting for them to call me.
