Ghosted

I enquired about a Polo for sale on cars.co.za and Henry called to discuss, i explained that i wanted finance nad my credit score is low and he said he would speak to his finance lady and take it from there, he then called back a short while later asking me to check my email for a link they sent me to fill out an online application and they would then see if they could approve me. i filled out the form and there was an error, i then emailed the finance lady Adele and copied Henry. Adele emailed back to say most info pulled through and asked for the details that didnt. i then sent all info through, havent heard from them since. I then sent a email the next day explaining the bad service and how, even if i am declined, i do have the right to know and "Ghosting" a client is pathetic. This is not the first dealer to ghost once declined. I feel that instead of keeping me waiting like a fool, i should know to move on to something else or have options of what to ie, wait for my score to build etc and this would bring me back to the dealer however, this pathetic service makes me want to show as many people as possible how pathetic this is and for them to not consider buying from Rand stadium Toyota because customer service is non existent
