Bad service : Left stranded without my car, driver never pitched after service was done

I took a car for service at Rand stadium Toyota on 23 July 2020. While they were busy with my car I asked for a lift to drop me at work and again collect me once the car is done. When the car was done Rian gave me a call to notify me that a driver is on his way to pick me up, but the driver never showed up and I didn't even receive a call or missed call from him. I only received a call from Rian at 17:04 letting me know that the shop is closing and the driver claims he couldn't get hold of me. I am now stranded without transport, I need a car to travel back to Pretoria. ***
