The Glen is unsafe

On Thursday afternoon I was shopping at The Glen and as i was about to enter a lift near the car park I slipped on centre signage, injuring my shoulder and back. I reported this to a centre security guard Neo who took down my details but no one has bothered to contact me. This centre is unsafe and uncaring and I am in pain from this bad fall.
