Spec Savers The Glen. They will bill you and forget to claim from your medical aid. Eight months down the line they will hand you over for collection without even a phone call to verify why the account was not paid. I contacted our medical aid only to find out that they submit part of the invoice and not the full amount. When i phoned them the lady said that it is new owners and they cannot assist as the previous owners have taken all the accounting records with them as she does not have any access to these records. Why must we incur legal cost when the fault is theirs. I have splashed their name on the wattup group in surrounding areas to boycott their shop at The Glen
