Son(8) slipped-injured his pelvic bone and elbow

We went to the Glen mall,after deciding to take our 3 children to the movies to watch Daddy's home.<br> <br> This was our children's first time at the movies.<br> !!<br> <br> Everything was great until after the movie, we walked out of the cinema, near the Foreign exchange there was a pool of water from the roof leakage, the water was from the rain leaking into the floors.<br> <br> There was no sign to indicate that the was water on the floor or any caution of any nature,. Our Son slipped and was assisted by some people passing by and our selves, everyone witnessed the hard knock he took.<br> <br> Our Son was both humiliated and embarrassed and he got up with his pants wet not to mention the excruciating pain he felt.<br> <br> On reaching the management office we found a an unfriendly lady who pointed us to a guy standing outside, the happened to be paramedics just outside, the guy asked the paramedics to have a look at our son, the paramedic concluded that there was no damage just a minor shoulder sprain.<br> <br> The guy took my husband's details, that same night our Son could not sleep, had to give him pain killers, we live in Walkerville.<br> <br> We are DISGUSTED!!<br> <br> We decided to go to the management offic
