Security Staff going out of their way to help

I got to the shopping mall with my 2 year old daughter and we made our first stop to the toilet, we then proceeded to go to Pick 'n Pay clothing but didn't even pick any clothes from there as the colours that I was looking for where not there. We then left and went to Ackerman's there I could find the colours and started picking the relevant clothing and when we got to the shoes, I took a pair and started putting them on my daughter, then she wanted to run off with the new shoes, and I think that's when I put my bag down. I finally managed to convince her that we need to pay for the shoes and she needs to put on her old shoes for now. When I had all the clothing in my hand and I realise that I don't have my bog with I started panicking thinking that I had forgotten my bag in the toilets. I then went back to the toilet cubical which I was in and my bag was not there, I then went to the information desk to ask them if no one has brought a bag forward and they told they haven't received it I ask the ladies from there if they could call my cell phone which is in my bag and indeed she did my phone was ringing but no one is picking-up. So they said I should go upstairs to the security
