Premium fee for unsafe parking

While shopping at the Glen (undercover parking) this morning, my car was lock jammed. The Glen charges a premium for parking (more expensive than Eastgate or Sandton City!) any yet I saw no security or car guards! When I called to report it I was told they would look for footage for the incident
