Pensioner trauma due to negligence

My mother who's a pensioner slipped and fell due to slippery floor today 19.04.2023. Food that was dropped on the floor and no cleaners in site to attend to it..we waited for 1hr 30 for the mall to call an ambulance...centre wanted to have my mother dropped off at public facility as the mall was telling me of their procedures and didn't want to take responsibility for the costs...her back is seriously injured...had to throw a tantrum for them to take her seriously I need them to take responsibility for her costs at Mulbarton hospital as it is their negligence of not paying attention to ensure that no customer is injured by their negligence My parents should not b burdening their medical aid as pensioners. I don't accept their processes and procedures into account as their cleaning staff should be patrolling and making sure that there are no hazards to customers
