No Customer Service

Was at The Glen Yesterday. After we Finished our shopping as we were about to Leave. Most Parking Pay Stations were Offline / Down. The only one working only accepted Cash. After walking from end to end and finally to one that works. Standing in the Longest Que only to thereafter go to the Atm to withdraw money. Absolutely Ridiculous and Unacceptable. This was on the 7th of December 2024.
